Can I upgrade from Explore to Plan?
Yes. Any time. We prorate the remaining Explore months toward your Plan subscription automatically.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Your card is charged on day 8 — $20 for Explore or $100 for Plan. Cancel anytime before day 8 and you pay nothing.
Is Heritage Apply a subscription?
No. It is a one-time $250 purchase per application. The price is the same for every eligible country (Ireland, Italy, Poland, Germany, Portugal, Greece).
Do I need to buy Plan to use Heritage Apply?
No. Heritage Apply is a completely separate one-time product. You can use it without any subscription.
