$480 in total if you’re approved. Officially denied? You get the $192 back and pay no success fee.
Denial protection: full activation-fee refund
If the government formally denies the application you submitted during a paid preparation period, send us the official denial document. We refund that period’s activation fee and charge no success fee.
The one exception: a materially false eligibility statement you supplied caused the denial. Minor clerical errors and ordinary omissions don’t count.
Your option fee, government fees and any professional’s fees aren’t refunded.

Activation and the 12-month preparation period
Activation opens a 12-month application preparation period for one country and program: AI application preparation and help requesting U.S. records. You, or a professional you hire, submit the application. CitizensOS doesn’t file it for you.
If you haven’t submitted within your 12-month preparation period, another period costs another 2× your option fee. You only ever pay one success fee.
You activate from your PassportFolio once activation opens for your option.
How new option prices are set
Launch prices are (Country Value + MAX) × $0.50. After that, prices can rise or fall with demand. Each option has its own price, so your total is the sum of the options you select, including alternates.
Your fees are set when you buy. CitizensOS may change prices and pricing methods for future offers. Those changes don’t alter the option, activation or success fees for an option you’ve already bought.
Planning Pass and PassportFolio access
Explore and Mobility Match are free. A 30-day Planning Pass costs $50 and isn't credited toward anything. You can renew it for $50 per month whenever you choose. PassportFolio includes 12 months of access plus deliverables. You never need a Planning Pass to buy a PassportFolio. Mobility asset options are priced separately.
